Dastoor yaa Sayyidee. (Mawlana Shaykh stands) Madad, madad. Madad, madad. Madad, madad Saahib al-Imdaad. Laa ilaaha illa-Llah. Laa ilaaha illa-Llah. Laa ilaaha illa-Llah Muhammadun Rasoolullah `alayhi salaatullah wa salaamu. Thumma as-salaat wa 's-salaam `alaa jami` al-anbiya w 'al-awliyaa wa man tabi`ahum bi ihsaan ila yawmi 'd-deen. Ija`lna yaa Rabbee, tahta liwaa habeebika al-Mustafa yawm al-hashri. Ameen. (Mawlana Shaykh sits)
Thumma as-salaamu `alayk yaa Saahib al-Waqt, wa 's-salaatu wa 's-salam `alaa jami` al-anbiya wa 'l-awliya wa 'l-mutasarrifeen fee hadhihi 'd-dunya. They are just praised servants, running and glorifying from Heavens to reach to some of those drops from endless Glory Oceans! Tooba lahum! Biggest good tidings for them! We are asking to be on their ways, and to be their followers. Mankind, you must follow someone in this life. Tooba! Good tidings from Heavens to those servants who are trying to follow holy ones! Those who are following holy ones are just going to be honored by the Heavens!
Thumma salaamu `alaykum, O our Attenders! Try to reach a good understanding, yes. Everyday some new things are coming, endlessly and continuously that new good news, good tidings, and good pleasure is reaching to people. Come and reach something from those oceans to make you happy here and Hereafter! If not, you are going to be such a person who is working, working, working, getting thirsty and coming to a spring, looking and waiting for some water to come but it never comes. That is the example of all people now. They are making themselves to finish, and tiring themselves for something but that something is finally coming and going to be nothing!!! And their efforts are going to be on zero point, not getting up, but falling down. It may be seen as going up, but when their physical efforts are finishing, they are looking and falling down. Only those people whose efforts are for their heavenly beings are never falling down. They may reach to everywhere. If they are thirsty, around themselves everything will be as a heavenly spring for them making them to be satisfied and in pleasures.
O our Attenders! Come and listen! We are not speaking as ordinary speakers, no, it is something else! You are running after old foods but heavenly ones are always sending us fresh food for our spirituality and physical beings also. Therefore, those who are running after such people who are holy ones. Holy ones are always bringing new, fresh things.
O Salafi `ulamas! Marhaban! Are you knowing the Qur'an al-Kareem, and understanding? Why is Allah Almighty saying, or what is Allah Almighty saying about this that they are making that weak servant to address to you and saying to our attenders, O people, daily you must ask fresh food, not old food. All Mankind is running after old food. Their interest is to reach old foods. They are never interested in fresh food! And I am asking, they are making me to ask to our Salaafiyoon, Salafi `ulamas, and no-mind Wahaabiyyeen people, are you understanding Holy Qur'an? If you are understanding, now they are granting to speak on such a subject that perhaps you will be astonished. You are reciting Holy Qur'an and you are saying, Shaykh Hisham Effendi, that they understand the Holy Qur'an. I am saying, what is it saying in Surah Maryam? What are you understanding that Allah Almighty is saying about Sayyidina Zakariyyah (a): (Mawlana Shaykh stands)
Kullamaa dakhala `alayha Zakariyyah al-mihraab wajada `indahaa rizqa.
Everytime Zakariyyah entered (Maryam's) chamber to see her, he found her supplied with sustenance. (Maryam 3:37)
(Mawlana Shaykh sits) Hisham Effendi, why does it say this? Wajada `inadah rizqa, "and the sustenance was new and fresh." Allah Almighty is bringing that story about Sayyidatina Maryam (a) that she was not using old food, no! She was always eating new food and Sayyidina Zakariyyah (a) was seeing that fresh food, giving freshness to our bodies, and it was from where?
Qaala, yaa Maryam, anna laki hadha. Qaalat huwa min `indillah. Inna Allah yarzuqu man yashaa'u bi ghayri hisaab.(Zakariyyah) said, "O Maryam! From where did this come to you?" She said, "It is from Allah's Presence." Verily Allah provides for whom He wishes with no account. (Maryam 3:37)
What was Sayyidatina Maryam (a) saying? Qaalat huwa min `indillah. Sayyidatina Maryam (a) was just fed with new and fresh food, it was not only for her physical being, no, every second refreshment was coming, heavenly fresh food was coming in front of her, and she was taking it for her real being. Why are you not understanding? Why are you running after old food? And the Lord of Heavens is Qadir an Muqtadir, He can do everything! Why are you not asking to reach to that heavenly ikraam, grant that Sayyidatina Maryam (a) was reaching? Why is Allah Almighty saying this in the Holy Qur'an? You must understand! Qur'an Kareem is not a book bringing to you stories, no. They are stories but they are filled with heavenly wisdoms! Why is Allah Almighty saying that, Salaaf as-Saalih? Salaaf as-Saalih were running after new ones also, that they are understanding. Now this is a new opening for teaching everyone from believers, to know that the Lord of Heavens is Qaadir wal-Muqtadir! His power is enough to send always new ones to His servants! That was Sayyidatina Maryam's level. She was not asking, but it was coming to her. Inna Allah yarzuqu man yasha'u bighayri hisab, fresh, and without asking. But those khawariyoon were asking:
Idh qaala al-hawariyuna, yaa `Isa abna Maryama, hal yastati`u Rabbuka `an yunazzila `alaynaa maa`idatun min as-samaa`i, qaala attaqullaha in kuntum mu`mineen.
(Remember) when Al-Hawariyun (the disciples) said: "O `Isa, son of Maryam! Can your Lord send down to us a table spread (with food) from heaven?" `Isa said, "Fear Allah, if you are indeed believers." (5:112)
SubhaanAllahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem. Where are those hawariyoon? That means hawariyoon are never understanding the level of Sayyidina `Isa (a). Sayyidatina Maryam (a) was not asking! Without asking it was coming, everytime new and fresh ones. Freshness is bringing to people refreshment, they are always fresh and there is never-ending freshness for them! Why are you not following that way? Therefore, here we are weak servants. If they are making me to repeat the same thing one hundred times, it is new and fresh one hundred times! Take and understand, O Salafi `ulamas, O doctors of Shari`ah, O Azhar ash-Shareef `ulamas, Wahhabis have no understanding, their levels are animals' levels! Perhaps animals have much more understanding than them, because their schools are schools of Shaytan!
What does it mean? Why is the Holy Qur'an saying this about Sayyidatina Maryam? And Sayyidina Zakariyyah (a) is nabi mursal, one big prophet, visiting Sayyidatina Maryam (a), seeing in front of her fresh fruits and it is not the time of that fruit also. There were also fruits of summer time and fresh, or it may be in front of her some winter fruits and it is summer time! Why? Why is it saying this? Talee`man, teaching people, "O People! Leave what passed away, and ask always fresh ones! Because Allah Almighty is Mubdi and Khalaqun Adheem, Razaqun Mutlaq, He is not storing something and then bringing it from a store. There are big refrigerators, they are putting food in it and then bringing to people and saying, "Look, fresh," but it is not fresh! Ask for fresh ones. That makes Allah Almighty happy with His servants.
Therefore, when passed away not coming same things, always changing. That is an Arabic word signaling and saying, kullu jadeedun ladheedh. It has not just been said kullu bayaatin ladheedh, no. In every new thing there is a pleasure, giving much more and what was coming to Sayyidatina Maryam (a) from foods was coming from Paradise and nothing is old in Paradise, everything is not like in restaurants, no. What they are asking for is coming.
Kun fa yakoon
"Be!" and it is. (36:82)
New things give refreshment and good taste, perfect taste, one and another, the second one is going to be more delicious. The Holy Qur'an has oceans and oceans, for teaching people. I don't know. I also am reciting many times, but this time they are giving so many meanings for understanding. Don't use old food, you may take from the Holy Qur'an everything fresh and more enjoyful for you.
O People! Come and hear! Therefore, they are making me to shout first to myself and second to you, our attenders.
Kullamaa dakhala `alayha Zakariyyah al- mihraab wajada `indahaa rizqa.
Everytime Zakariyyah entered (Maryam's) chamber to see her, he found her supplied with sustenance. (3:37)
Every time if he was coming to visit her, he was looking and finding new ones. Kullamaa dakhala `alayha Zakariyyah al- mihraab wajada `indahaa rizqa. This is an ocean also, saying some fruits. He knows what was coming to Sayyidatina Maryam (a). Don't think that the same rizq, provision was coming. There are countless kinds of rizq, we only know perhaps 40, or 100 kinds but beyond we don't know, but in the Divine Presence, He was not sending known ones that are fresh, but new ones, new things, a new number of fruits, you may say perhaps 100 kinds, but dont' think that in the Divine Presence the numbers of fruit are only going to be 40, 50, 100, 1000, milllions or billions, no, countless. He is Allah!!! (Mawlana Shaykh stands)
Wa maa qadaroo'llah Haqqa qadrih
No just estimate have they made of God, such as is due to Him. (39:67)
They are trying to make Allah Almighty according to their undrestandings, haasha! It can't be, it cant' be.
Therefore, ask for new ones, fresh ones. Some kinds of fruits are only for our physical being but for our real being there are countless kinds coming, coming, coming and everything is going to be between, kun fa yakoon! Kun fa yakoon! Kun fa yakoon! A sultan may have a feast today, for example, and tommorow also he may give a feast according to his generosity and ability. The second table is going to be different, the third table may be different, and if Allah (swt) is giving a feast, a divinely feast, is His feast going to be the same?
O `ulamas! We are not speaking on such a subject that Allah Almighty is making every Jumu`ah in hazeerat ul-quds. I can't be able to open much more meaning for hazeerat ul-quds, no one can give a real meaning on it every Jumu`ah. It is a feast rabbani, divine feast! People are coming every Jumu`ah, do you think that the same tables, and same feast is coming to them? Wa maa qadaroo'llah Haqq qadrih.
O People! Come and listen! We must listen and try to learn. We must leave this dunya and its very simple and delicious foods that are so simple, simple, simple. Leave it and run after that one in the Divine Presence. May Allah forgive us. Don't be angry with me, what they are making me to speak, I don't know but just what we are saying is a true declaration. Think on it and come every time to renew yourself, try to renew your real beings daily. You will reach something that was never reached before! May Allah forgive us for the honor of the Seal of Prophets (s).
Fatihah.
(38 minutes) Mashaa-Allah. SubhaanAllahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Azheem. Tawbah, yaa Rabbee. Mashaa-Allah, mashaa-Allah. Our attenders, we are happy. We are asking for all people to be happy. We never like people to be in hells; we are asking that they be in Paradise and Paradise gardens.
(Mawlana Shaykh prays two rakaat Salat ash-Shukr.)
Marhabah, yaa Shaykh Hisham.
(Shaykh Hisham Effendi: No one is praising the Prophet, Sayyidee, as you are praising the Prophet (s). As you recited in Mawlid today, he put his holy feet on the `Arsh. That is something great. And some Ahlu ’s-Sunnah wa ’l-Jama`ah say that Allah is not in need of the Throne, but what you said is higher.)
Huwa qaaim bi-dhaatih, "Allah is Independent of all, He is not in need of a throne."
(Shaykh Hisham Effendi: Baseet `ala al-lisaan wa laakin baleegh, "Your words are simple to pronounce, but in fact have a very deep meaning.")
Tawbah, yaa Rabbee. Tawbah, yaa Rabbee.
