The Difference Between Scholars and Those Who Truly Know
Sultan al-Awliya
Mawlana Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani
1 May 2010     Lefke, Cyprus

Dastoor yaa RijaalAllah, madad. (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) Laa ilaaha illa-Llah, laa ilaaha illa-Llah, laa ilaaha illa-Llah Muhammad Rasoolullah, `alayhi salaatullah `alayhi salaamullah. O our Lord! Zidh habeebika, Zidhu yaa Rabbee `izzan wa sharafan nooran wa surooran, sultaanan wa ridhwaana, zidh wa baarik O our Lord, for all people who are following Your most beloved one's way and inaayat, guidance. (Mawlana Shaykh sits.)

A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytaani ‘r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaani 'r-Raheem! As-salaamu `alaykum all people that are attending from east to west, as-salaamu `alaykum, heavenly blessings on you!

O People! Don't be cheated ones. Who are cheated, nothing can bring what they lost.
We are giving our salaams to our responsible one for human nature on this planet. Welcome to everyone! We are welcoming also everyone who is attending for this holy association. I am a weak servant, I am m'amoor, ordered to address all Mankind, from east to west. Hear, listen, and obey! O Attenders! You will reach everything that makes you happy, here and Hereafter!

But whoever is not attending here, it is difficult for them to reach what they are asking. I am not saying Hereafter, because if they have a demand for Eternal life, they should give a short time in 24 hours, for the Lord of Heavens. If they are not giving and never interested in what is going to happen beyond their lives, daily they are seeing, so many people were with us
yesterday, but today they are not with us. At least, Mankind must give one or two minutes and must say, "So many people, hundreds, thousands, millions were on this planet; yesterday we were neighbors, but today they are not with us." At least they must use two minutes to think on it. They must say, "Who was bringing them yesterday, into this life, from nothing? And now, they too left this life and became nothing!" That is a very simple discussion within themselves, because sometimes everyone is discussing within themselves, "What is that? They were with us yesterday and today they left us? What happened to them? Who was carrying so many billions of people among us and (now) taken away, around us?"

O People! Don't think those who are running in the streets or
boulevards occupied by Mankind today, were the same ones  running yesterday on this boulevard. Yes? So simple, but glory to our Lord, Allah Almighty (swt). (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits.) People lost their real mentalities, they are not using their real mentality and they are drunk. What is making Mankind to be drunk?! Do you think about that, O `ulamas? Learned people from every religion, for what purpose are you religious people?

O `ulamas of Ahlu ’s-SunnahSay, for what have you been scholars on this planet? O Shi`a `ulamas! What is your mission? You are attributing to yourselves the titles "Ayatullah" and "Hujjatullah," that such high ranks and honors you have been granted. I don't know this, but are very brilliant honors granted to you from heavens, or from people?!! Who gave to you those very brilliant titles? "Ayatullah" and "Hujjatullah," are high titles granted only to prophets, chosen ones. Those titles are very heavy titles. Do you think that you can put even a gram of weight on an ant? It can't carry the station of Ayatullah or Hujjatullah, or other heavenly ranks. Can you say if that is a grant from heavens or from people, or from a group of people? Say!!? And how are you accepting that title to be granted to you, saying you are Ayatullah or Hujjatullah? How can you say this? What is your proof that you are Ayatullah? Everything is from Allah Almighty (swt), as awliyaa are saying, wa fee kulli shayin lahu ayah, tadullu annahu wahidun (In everything there is a sign showing that He is One). This is Arabic or not, Salafi `ulamas? What are you saying? Everything has a holy verse applied to it.  Wa fee kulli shayin lahu ayah. That means for everything there is going to be one ayah.

That is a big grant, perhaps the biggest grant from the Lord of Heavens to people, for them to understand, yes. And everything proves the Oneness of Allah (swt). Now learned people on this planet, in 21st century, you are understanding as 20th century or 19th century people reaching the building stones, foundations. They are reaching two atoms!

We know the Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s), (Mawlana Shaykh stands) who is granted `uloom al-Awwaleen wa’l-Akhireen, knowledge of everything that passed and everything to come. Everything is granted to the Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s), but the non-Muslim world insists on not accepting his prophecy. Prophet Muhammad (s) was granted holy knowledge of the "Firsts and Lasts." (Mawlana Shaykh sits.) We are saying this for those who are saying they are learned, but who are not knowing because, there is a difference between learned ones and knowing ones. They are insisting not to accept the prophecy of Seal of Prophets (s) and they are not taking any care to make a research on his life. Why? O non-Muslim world, why are you not researching the life and personality of the Seal of Prophets (s)? And you are running through the darkness of past times, bringing some things, saying, "This is that and that is this."

You are going to the pyramids, making research, asking to learn about them. They were so serious about looking for what is in them and for centuries, so many years, they tried to find a way in. Finally, there was an unchangeable judgment. Talabanaa wajadanaa, "Who seeks Me will find Me." Anything that Mankind is asking, finally, an opening comes to them. They are searching a way into the pyramids and getting in. They are looking at their language and they are not knowing their letters, but Mankind has been granted such a big grant that if they are asking seriously, they will find. Those people are asking, looking, searching, researching, entering and finding mummies. Christian worlds' researchers came.

We are Muslims, we are not in need to make such research. We must research something else!
Jesus Christ (pbuh) was not saying "O Christians, go to Egypt and look at what is in the pyramids." Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) (a) never approached the pyramids with that mentality. Ya`qoob (Jacob) (a) also was never looking and Sayyidina Musa (a) was not interested to look in it. But our Christian brothers have such a mentality, "We must look, we must learn everything." And, talabanaa, wajadanaa, they are asking and Allah is giving. Opening and entering, looking, "What is that?" Covering their noses, "What is this? Who is that one?" Making a research on that cadaver, "Who is that one? Who is that one? Who bringing this one here? Who is that one? From where, coming? We must understand." (Mawlana Shaykh laughs.) And so many hieroglyphic writings using every kind of animal, and they say, "What is this, what is that?"

There is a khaslat, habit, in Mankind to ask and to learn.
SubhaanAllah. This habit is planted in their mentalities, not in their hearts. Hearts are knowing, but mentality must learn, must ask, must research, and then if their mentality is saying yes, then they are accepting what their hearts are saying.; if not, they are not accepting real news, real knowledge through their hearts. These people were coming and making a big research on a mummy, saying, "According to our research and this writing, that was Pharoah Ramses II." They may find, but from that point I am angry with the Christian world. For what are they running and reaching the bottom of pyramids, finding such cadavers, making so much research and saying this?

O People! Why are you not making research on the real personality of the Seal of Prophets (s) who was born in unknown deserts?
A boy was born in unknown deserts, growing up to be 40 years old and saying, "O People! I am the Seal of Prophets! I am the first one with Adam (a)! I am the last one also with my Lord! Come and say this and accept the reality of laa ilaaha illa-Llah Muhammadun Rasoolullah (s)!" (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits.)

Tawbah astaghfirullah. Why? And he was an orphan in Qawmu Jahiliyya, the Age of Ignorance. How was he standing up and saying that? "I have been sent from heavens to be the Seal of Prophets, to call people to the right understanding and right beliefs, that the Lord of Heavens sent before me 124,000 prophets and I am the Last One. And I am calling you to say, Laa ilaaha illa-Llah Muhammadun Rasoolullah (s)." (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits.) It is not suitable, that one, his mawjoodiyyah, his existence is not enough?

(audio cut) ... Are you really ayatullah or are people giving to you or an assembly is giving to you that title? Ayaatu 'l-kareemah, haatoo burhaanakum, "Bring your proof," in kuntum saadiqeen, "If you are truthful." The Seal of Prophets (s) said, man ghashanaa falaysa minna, "Who cheats us cannot be part of us." Why are you not making general research on it? That means they are on the wrong way leading them to hells.

This is an ocean. We must stop it, if not we can continue to tomorrow, next week, or to the end of this year or to the end of dunya! So mulook (kings), you must give some effort. We are not in need to look after the personality of `Abd al-Wahhab; that personality belongs to him. We are asking Ahlu ’s-Sunnah `ulamas and Shi`a `ulamas to bring the personality of the Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s). (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) Stand up 100 times, stand up for the most honored among Creation a billion times! You must stand up! (Mawlana Shaykh sits). May Allah (swt) forgive us for the honor of that one.

Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, `Azeez Allah

Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Kareem Allah
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Subhaan Allah
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Sultaan Allah

I am nothing. What they are saying to my heart, I am speaking.

Fatihah.

And I am asking forgiveness from my Lord and from the Beloved One the Seal of Prophets (s).
Zidhu ya Rabb, farhan wa surooran ridwaanan wa sultaana.
