Suhbah after Jumu`ah
As-salaamu `alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh. Madad yaa Sultan al-Anbiya! (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) Yaa Sayyidina Muhammad! Zidhu yaa Rabbee `izzan wa sharafan nooran wa surooran, sultaanan wa ridwaana. (Mawlana Shaykh sits.)
A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytaani 'r-rajeem. Bismillahi 'r-Rahmaani 'r-Raheem. We are all servants, all humans of this planet are servants. Some of them are accepting servanthood of Allah Almighty. Mostly, the majority of people are accepting to be servants, but not to their Creator; they are servants to Shaytan.
O People! Attenders from east and west, we are believers. Everyone of us must believe and the most honorable rank is granted to creatures who believe in their Creator. They have been granted the highest honor. Because to be Allah Almighty's servants, no one can think to be over that rank of Mankind. And blame to the majority of Mankind when they are leaving to be their Creator's servants! They are running after Shaytan and they are happy with Shaytan. We are asking heavenly protection not to fall into the trips and traps of Shaytan, because for anyone who is falling into its traps, it is very difficult to save himself!

We are trying to be Allah Almighty's servants, but Shaytan is running upon Mankind. There is one creature that has a good relationship with Shaytan, and that is Ego! Ego is always trying to carry Man to be with Shaytan. From the beginning of its creation it was against the holy command of its Creator. Allah Almighty was saying, "Come," and it was going back; when Allah Almighty told it to go, it came back! When it was asked, "Who am I and who are you?" it said, "I am, also." Therefore, Allah Almighty is ordering in all the holy books to kill your ego!
O `ulamas who are claiming, "We are Salafi `ulamas," and also doctors and Shi`a `ulamas, what you are thinking and understanding? Allah Almighty is saying, faqtuloo anfusakum, "Kill your ego! If you are not killing it, you can't be My servants. Ego is always carrying you to Shaytan, to be Shaytan's servants. Kill it!!" You are very proud to be doctors, very learned people, `ulamas, and `ulamas Hijaaz. Why are you not killing your ego? Is it true or not? It is a heavenly order, kullu anfusakum.
When the Children of Israel were worshiping a cow, they were so happy! No honor! How they are doing that? They may say, "O Shaykh, it was made from gold!" They were not worshiping that cow, but its shiny cover, as it was built from gold. You were not looking at its shape, but you were looking and saying, "O gold! O gold! O gold! We must run to that heap of gold!" Happy? Doctors, happy? Shaykh Adnan, happy? Everyone is looking.
The Chief Rabbi is sending me a message through his heart, "If everyone is looking at the golden cow, O Shaykh, then we should do what our ancestors were doing. We should run to it!" That is the biggest fitna (confusion) and the biggest test for Mankind. Allah Almighty puts in front of them gold and treasures and orders them, "O People! Follow My messengers, follow My Representative for whom I created you in his honor," (Mawlana Shaykh stands.) Sayyidina Muhammad (s)! (Mawlana Shaykh sits.) Yes, they are running after gold. SubhaanAllah! Glory to our Creator, Allah Almighty!
That is the biggest imtihan, test on Mankind. Till you are putting gold and dust on the same scale, you are not going to be a real servant of the Lord of Heavens. But Shaytan cheated. First he cheated the Children of Israel, and when they had been tested through that golden cow, all of them went down, no one passed, they all failed that test. Yes, finished! Up till today they are saying, and they were teaching people also, particularly the Muslim world, they are trying to make them obedient servants to gold. Dunya is a golden cow, yes. And the cow was saying, "Moooo." Heavenly inspirations were coming, but they were heedless to it, running after the cow. That is their honor, and all the people now are also running on that way. Everyone is running after gold.
Everyone now has lost the cow also, and are making a kind of trick by saying, "Give us gold, give us gold. Keep them, take this (Mawlana Shaykh pulls out currency notes from his pocket). This is better for you."And foolish people are saying, "We are giving gold and taking paper," and now all nations are carrying paper. The Children of Israel are giving them paper to be enjoyful (holds up currency). And there is also another one, they are calling it "checkbook." (On the currency is written "one" or "two." But on the check you can write even "one-thousand." Because the Children of Israel are teaching this, yet keeping this golden cow in their hands.
And people now have this small (credit) card, you know it. If you are in shopping center, you can lose your way from where you came in and where you are going out. Taking clothes and you are going like this, outside, naked. Don't approach big malls, supermarkets. Don't enter. People are very happy, because with this card you may buy everything without paying when you show this card. People are running after a golden cow (sources of money) and after the golden cow, they are running after credit cards. People have lost their minds! Go, another cow, so many cows. Perhaps from evening up to morning they may change that golden cow, perhaps in the evening there may be diamond card also. Allah, Allah.
I heard in Greece people are killing themselves, and for what? Some are saying, "We lost our golden cow, therefore we are fighting each other.We are thinking that the golden cow just imprisoned in that central bank, but there is nothing in it but paper and credit cards!" People lost their golden cows, and now they are accusing each other. "You took this golden cow!" Shaytan is making on people a maskhara (foolish joke), cheating people and making them other people laugh at them. Really, their egos are asking to find golden cows. Someone is saying, "The golden cow is in U.S." No, Don't say it is hidden in the U.S. Some of them are saying, "You may find this golden cow in Russia", and Russia is saying, "We never see a golden cow. It may be with Chinese people. We never had such a golden cow." Go to Yemen! What you are asking? They are looking like this, like that. Where is that golden cow? Go to India, people are keeping cows there.
And now people are running after cows, not towards Who created the cow and bringing them honor. That is the biggest curse on people, because they left the straight way, true, safe way and they are going on the right hand and left hand to find another golden cow.
O People! Attenders through east and west, you must remember your soul's oath to your Creator, "O our Lord, we are Your servants.You granted us endless honor to be Your servants." They are not running after it, they are running after golden cows and that is making people to be killed, killed, killed!
O People! Listen and obey. Think on it and you can find your real position. Thinking is the key to every real aspect. Without thinking, no one can find a golden cow, they can't even find a donkey!
One person was going on his donkey with his son and one person was passing by and looking and saw the donkey was weak, from both of them riding on it.That observer said, "SubhaanAllah, no more mercy for the creatures of our Lord!" and the father said, "O my son, you ride on it, I may walk." Some people came and said, "We have reached the end of the world, where children never give respect to their father! The young one is riding, not his father." So the father said, "O my son, get down and I will ride on it." They were walking, and some people said, "We reached the end of the world, when men become bulls! That bull-like person is riding and making his child walk! There is no mercy now." And the father said, " O my son, we may unburden our donkey and walk behind it." And some people said, "So majnoon, crazy! The donkey is making like this, dancing, and these people are walking on their feet!" Them the father said, "O my son, I will take the the legs of the donkey, and you take them from behind to carry it on our back, and walk like this." People said, "What happened? They are carrying their donkey!" which was very happy! Now people are doing the same for the golden cow and people can't carry that burden and Shaytan is happy!
Try to be your Creator's servants. That is an endless honor for you granted from the Divine Presence. Leave following Shaytan, because those who follow Shaytan are never leaving endless troubles, they are like that person carrying the donkey. Something for understanding, that is new style of life that we are reaching in 2010. They are saying we reached 6000 years and will finish at 7000 years, reaching an end of this period of this life. This dunya has more than this years' age; we are not accepting. We are looking at holy books, and the last holy book, our Qur'an.
O Salafi `ulamas, what is your opinion on that? You are someone who, with your children, carry this dunya's heaviness like that person carrying the donkey with his son. Leave being servants of this dunya and try to be servants of your Lord!
